Tuesday, December 14th – Rest Day
Wednesday, December 15th – 8.08 mile run
Thursday, December 16th – Rest Day
Friday, December 17th – 6.5 mile run
Saturday, December 18th – 8.08 mile run
WHOOO HOOO! I might not be back at 100% (I still have some discomfort in my left hip flexor/ glute, but it is getting better daily and running doesn't seem to be aggravating it), but I am STOKED to have gotten in over 40 miles for the week. This week technically kicked off my 50K training (the race that was supposed to be in March of 2020, then postponed until November of 2021 and now is rescheduled for March of 2022). We will be heading back to Michigan next week, so my training might not be exactly what my plan calls for, but I hope to still get in some (very chilly) miles!
