My mileage definitely took a hit this week, but that's to be expected after a larger week last week and listening to my body more. I woke up a couple times this week not wanting to run... SO I DIDN'T! Don't get me wrong, sometimes you need to push through those feelings of not wanting to get out the front door and just get it done, but with nothing on the race calendar until 2021 (well, I still have one more marathon hanging on in December, but they are set to make an announcement this upcoming week and I have to assume it will be to cancel this year's event) there is no need for me to be a hero. I am still trying to juggle where to put my runs in my days now that I'm working Monday through Friday at the running store, but it's a work in progress and that's okay. (I am hoping when the cooler temps come {if they ever do}, I might be able to get in a few lunch runs rather than having to get up at 4am to make them happen before I go to work.)

How were your workouts this past week?
