Workout Recap - Week 11

Sunday, March 8th  11.11 miles (8 mile run solo and 3.11 miles of walk/ run with the hubby)

Monday, March 9th – Rest day

Tuesday, March 10th – 5.09 mile run

Wednesday, March 11th – 5.05 mile run

Thursday, March 12th – Rest day

Friday, March 13th  5 mile run 

Saturday, March 14th – 8.18 mile run

Another pain-free week down and I'm stoked! Runs seem to be clicking away smoothly. The temps have actually jumped drastically (and are set to be in the mid-80s for at least another week), so my weekend runs have been a bit slower since I get to run later in the morning, but I'm not too mad about it. Creepin' up in mileage too - almost 35 miles for the week.
