Workout Recap - Week 33

Sunday, August 10th  Rest day

Monday, August 11th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike

Tuesday, August 12th – 4 mile progression run 

Wednesday, August 13th – 6 mile run

Thursday, August 14th – 4 mile progression run

Friday, August 15th  Rest day

Saturday, August 16th – 10 mile trail run with the hubby

Two rest days this week because the first one was technically from last week. Everything else went as well as could be expected. I got a little in my head this week, thinking I should potentially downgrade from the 50K to the 25K for my race because my long runs have felt harder than I would like recently, but I think I've got to change my perspective (and stop comparing myself to previous paces I used to run), not the goal. The race will be here before I know it.
