Workout Recap - Week 46

Sunday, November 8th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, November 9th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, November 10th –  3 mile run with the hubby, Strength Training (abs, back and arms but NO legs since they are still sore/tight), Foam Rolled & Stretched



Wednesday, November 11th – 8 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, November 12th –  Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, November 13th –  3 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, November 14th – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Unfortunately for me, my left calf is still tender so I have been trying to take it relatively easy this week (but was still able to get in 17 miles, a strength training workout and 3 rest days). The hubby asked me if I wanted to run with him THREE TIMES this week, so you better believe I took him up on that offer!

Awesome training...and awesome scenery too. I think it would be easier for me to run if I had the ocean in the background. Lovely! Maybe someday my hamstring will get itself together and I can run again...approaching 30 days w/o running and it's killing me. :(
