I'm super excited that my runs are finally returning to be pain-free, but, man, marathon training is no joke. My coach is basing the majority of my runs on time, rather than distance, which is throwing me for a bit of a loop (not knowing necessarily how far I will be running and therefore not exactly sure which route I need to run so I finish at the appropriate time and place), but I know a change in my routine is what I need to potentially break through my running plateau. With my goal marathon just over two months away, let's hope this training whips my booty into shape to attempt my PR!

How were your workouts this past week?
