NO GO

The scooter below is a NO GO! I came up with a list of questions for Ryan to ask when he called today, one being IS IT STREET LEGAL IN CALIFORNIA? (California has a lot of different rules, a lot more stringent on some stuff) Unfortunately it was not street legal here, so I guess it is back to looking for Vespas or Buddys...

    Of course, but it is at least $3,000 more.. Which is why we were looking at this one first...
