Tuesday, October 22nd – 4 mile run
Wednesday, October 23rd – 60 minutes on the stationary bike
Thursday, October 24th – 4 mile lunch run
Friday, October 25th – Rest day
Saturday, October 26th – Rest day
Welp, this week was a little more relaxed than normal. Sunday was my trip back from Michigan and then I was dealing with the time change, switching antidepressants, etc. so I dialed back the workouts a bit. I only got 3 workouts (two runs + one bike), but otherwise we'll consider my "rest days" as catching up on sleep. Next week will (probably) be more active!
