Workout Recap - Week 34

Sunday, August 18th  7 mile run with the hubby

Monday, August 19th –  Rest day

Tuesday, August 20th – 4 mile lunch run

Wednesday, August 21st – 60 minutes on the stationary bike

Thursday, August 22nd – 4 mile lunch run

Friday, August 23rd  60 minutes on the stationary bike

Saturday, August 24th – Rest day

I've been enjoying getting in my lunch runs during the week. I have found a slightly shadier place to do them (rather than running up and down all of the rows in the empty mall parking lot), so I haven't had to come back to the store too terribly sweaty ;) Not to mention I can sleep in for an extra hour or so! Other than that it was a couple rides on the stationary bike - nothing too monumental or terrible. I was originally planning to do my long run for the weekend on Saturday (since the hubby was out of town and I had all day to get it in without losing time with him), but then I remembered I would have to pick him up from the airport Sunday morning and I could run in San Diego. I tend to run the same(ish) routes a lot, so I'm excited to mix it up. [I was also excited to have a whole day to myself, just lounging around and having ZERO to do.]
