ReplyDeleteRight now "no excuses" is one of my favorites, but my daily wear to get me through more than the workout is my custom motivate wrap that reads "if you want to be somebody else change your mind" from one of my favorite Sister Hazel songs. I'm dealing with not so great times right now and this helps to see daily.

Lately I find myself repeating "light as a feather" when training. Maybe it's my way of reminding myself to not get too "heavy" about it all and just enjoy the ride
